Sdu Publishers is a company that publishes governmental documents and offers information for specialists and organizations like notaries, lawyers, local governments and the central government, in the form of magazines and onlines.

In 2008 Sourcesense developed an online application that acts as a federated search engine, searching specifically in sources of legal information. A subscriber of this service has access to a number of sources (Sdu products, Overheid.nl, Kluwer Navigator and Basis Overheidsinformatie) to search for relevant legal information. Texts in the search results can be stored in a personal repository along with comments and metadata and organized in files for later reference. The online includes functions for the maintenance of the files (containing documents) and the maintenance of users.
